I used her for a tax matter. The legal work was adequate albeit sorely average and unremarkable and certainly nothing special. However her customer service was very poor. When I began to experience problems funding my trust account, suddenly I became very undesirable. When she realized that she wouldn't be able to suck any more cash from me, she couldn't run away fast enough. Virtually nothing was done to advance my case and in the end I was pretty much left right back where I started.
