Kristen M. Caprino received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a triple major in Business Economics, Philosophy, and Spanish. She graduated with distinction from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2015 where she also earned a Certificate of Concentration in International Legal Studies. Kristen became a member of the Traynor Honor Society for her academic achievements while at McGeorge and received a Witkin Award for depositions.
Kristen has successfully represented public and private entities throughout Northern California before state and federal courts and before administrative tribunals. She has significant experience in government entity representation and focuses on areas including employment litigation, civil rights, complex personal injury including sexual assault and molestation, wrongful death, premises liability, and products liability.
Kristen is admitted to the State Bar of California and the United States Court for the Eastern and Northern Districts of California. She is also fluent in Spanish.
