I can understand why he is inactive and was disciplined by the Bar. He remains with extremely poor judgment and marked unprofessionalism. Argued with me continuously in the Courtroom as the judge then stormed out. Quickly and overtly sided with the plaintiff who was lying and even his documentation proved him capable of falsely reporting information. RACISM REARED ITS UGLY HEAD TODAY. A disgrace Sacrament Superior Court

This person should not be a Judge. He has no idea what he is doing, or what's going on. He had granted a DVRO against me based of false allegations by my ex-partner in 2018. There was zero evidence provided of DV, and I never been convicted or even charged with DV in my life. This Judge's decision to grant the protection orders in my family case has ruined my life completely, my son has been taken from me, and I've been fighting for more time with my child for the last 6+ years, and just recently in March of 2024 was finally able to get unsupervised visitation. He had granted full custody to an actual perpetrator and someone who I was actually trying to save my son from. There is no CPS involved in my case, and no conviction of DV on my end. I'm still fighting to get the restraining order dropped, because the other party has been using these orders against me every chance he gets. He continues to violate me to this day. I never hurt him, and only contacted him by phone or email.

He was proceeding judge over a restraining order case against me. He would not acknowledge any information from me. Took all false and unsubstantiated information from my ex as truth. Asked me one question and spent less than a minute before ruling. He gave me max 5 year RO for first trial with no real proof of violence.presented. He is highly biased to defendants in my opinion. Avoid him at all cost or request another judge if you have the misfortune of him presiding on your case.

Mr. Brody served as commissioner in a restraining order against me let me start off by saying in no way should this man be in such a position making decisions that have serious effects upon peoples lives. He would not hear my story told me that he "didn't care" more than once even going as far as laughing at me. He is biased in some way or another I don't use the race card ever but this man is a racist or has some connection to the other party for her lies were there in her own writing.
