Justin counsels employers on a wide range of federal and state labor and employment law issues. He provides guidance to clients on the often complex aspects of California employment law that require detail-oriented research and analysis. He represents clients in employment litigation, as well as through union organizing efforts, collective bargaining negotiations, labor arbitrations, and unfair labor practice proceedings.

Justin obtained his B.A. degree in Legal Studies from the University of California, Berkeley, and his J.D. degree from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.
