Joshua A. Olander joined Mastagni Holstedt, A Professional Corporation, as a senior associate attorney in the Labor and Employment Department. He represents public sector employees in administrative and disciplinary investigations, hearings, critical incident investigations, and criminal defense.
Josh was previously a criminal defense attorney with the Law Offices of James E. Blatt in Los Angeles, California, where he represented clients during the investigation and prosecution of misdemeanor and felony allegations, including DUI, battery, robbery, firearm possession, drug offenses, sexual assault, and murder.
Josh earned his J.D. from California Western School of Law, where he graduated with honors in the Criminal Prosecution and Defense Practice Concentration. In law school, he was a student-intern and bar-certified intern with the San Diego Office of the Public Defender, representing indigent defendants in a variety of misdemeanor and felony prosecutions. Josh received his B.A. from the University of California, Davis.
