Jonathan leads Huber Fox by example in constantly striving to provide excellent and compassionate service to his clients. Jonathan leads his team in assisting thousands of clients with estate planning, trust administration, and probate matters, ranging from simple to complex. As managing partner, Jonathan strives to ensure that each of the firm’s clients receive the personal, dedicated service they deserve.
Jonathan has been practicing law in northern California since 2003 and is designated a certified specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate law by The State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization (a distinction held by less than 2 percent of practicing attorneys in California). Jonathan graduated magna cum laude from Oak Brook College of Law, and is recognized by California Super Lawyers®.
In addition to his personal focus on estate planning and administration matters, Jonathan draws on nearly fifteen years of litigation experience in spear-heading the firm’s trust, estate, and elder abuse litigation team. Seniors are being increasingly exploited, both financially and emotionally, and Jonathan and his team are passionate about righting injustice and bring their full experience to bear in litigating such matters.
