Hired Attorney

I hired JOD 2-10-08 to represent me in a bankruptcy adversary proceeding. Within 10 days and w/out my permission he signed a stipulation and writ of attachment that gave control of my monthly notes receivable income of $5500+ to my husband's BK Trustee. JOD never gave me copies or informed me what he had done and recommended I declare BK. After spedi The BK Trustee never collected and the notes became worthless. I ended up declaring BK in Aug 2011 realizing no hope of recovery.
