I was referred to Jeff Weninger by a chiropractor to help me resolve my injury case. My accident occurred in April 2021. The communication is close to non existent, it takes days to get a response via email and every time I call to check the status of my case Jeff is in a meeting. I was originally told my case would easily be resolved in 6 months it’s now going on 10 months and this case is still has not been settled. Jeff the lawyer I’m working with shows no sign of proactive involvement or a sense of urgency to resolve my case. Please be warned if you are seeking legal assistance with an accident case and looking to move on with your life, look elsewhere because Jeff Weninger has a lack of urgency, horrible communication, and he will take FOREVER to resolve your case. Today I had to find out my car has been deemed a total loss by going to my dealership. Jeff was not aware nor have I been compensated for anything this situation is a TOTAL NIGHTMARE.
