Incompetent attorney go somewhere else. Gregory Beyer set up my fathers will & trust just before his passing to ensure all would go well with his estate for this wife. After his passing Mr. Beyer promised to take care of a list of +20 items that needed to be addressed. He failed to do almost all of them, we had to take them over. We found his office paralegal unresponsive and inept. Could not remember conversations, did not follow thru on commitments or communicate status even when pushed to do so. We had several meetings with Mr. Beyer and we had to update him on the status of our case. Seems he could not be bothered to even ask his staff what our status was before our meetings. It took over 6 months to settle what was supposed to be a straight forward estate plan, with most of the work falling to my father’s widow to handle. Seems after Mr. Beyer collects his several thousand dollar retainer he could not be bothered by actually working on our case.
