When I finally made the difficult decision to file bankruptcy as life's circumstances took a very bad turn, I decided to go with Fraley & Fraley as he seemed the most approachable. He's very down to earth and tells you all your options without being condescending. While the process can be very tedious and seemingly nit picky, as there is a lot of information they need from you, it's really not all that hard. You just have to be honest and stick with it. They want to make sure they have it right for you at your hearing with the trustee the *first* time. As I waited my turn in my hearing I heard a lot of follow up questions asked to others in the same group hearing as mine was. When it was my turn, my answers were all yes or no and I was done. Every potential question the trustee would ask was dealt with before my hearing. I appreciated that greatly. While everyone's circumstance is different, you can rely on Fraley & Fraley to get the job done right.
