He was very helpful with my problem and knew all of the answers I needed.
He helped my husband and I through a very tight time when we were financially going under so to speak. He and his staff handled the calls we were getting from collection agencies which gave us tremendous relief. He then handled the bankruptcy in a timely and professional manner. The only thing that I was dissatisfied with was when we went to court, I was expecting Mr. Schwab to show up in person but he sent someone from his office. This person did not identify himself until the very last minute.
The firm has poor communication skills. I had to call multiple times for updates and still received zero response. The firm waited 4 days before my deadline to have me come in and sign documents. Poor service.
