If I ever needed more information or further explanation, they were quick to respond and address my concerns. I hired Ilona Rincon to handle my work comp claim after being denied. My claim was denied even after the QME had said it was 100% work related, so it was time to lawyer up. She was surprised they denied it so she took the case. She was very helpful with advice. Very professional and while the claim was still denied by my company they started offering to settle, but not an acceptable amount. So we prepared for court. We ended up settling just before trial. My initial meeting with Mr. Eason was at an extremely tense time for me and by the end of the appointment my anxiety level had dropped drastically based upon his responses to the scenario I presented to him. Since that time the efforts of he and his firm have enabled me to maintain my composure so that I was able to provide information requested in a useful and coherent manner.

I had an incredibly poor experience with this firm. Erin’s management of the case was severely lacking, her performance in the courtroom was poor, and her conduct with me as a client was unacceptable. I ended up having to settle for five figures less than our agreed upon minimum to end the experience. The attorney I hired left the firm, and I absolutely slipped through the cracks upon being transferred to Erin. On our first phone call, I had to explain who I was and what my case was. I’d have to follow up 2-3x to get her or Wendy (paralegal) to answer my emails. Erin was openly trying to get rid of my case in nearly every interaction. To make matters worse, getting Erin and Wendy to treat me like a competent adult was a massive uphill battle. They were insulting. And Erin wanted to treat me like the defense, not the client; never owning up to mistakes and always deflecting. I found them impossible to communicate with on basic matters. Defense won. I lost.
