David P. Mastagni, founder and managing partner of Mastagni Holstedt, APC, focuses on civil litigation and labor law. With over 300 proceedings tried to verdict, including more than 100 jury trials in state and federal courts, David is a distinguished figure in the legal field. His appellate experience is equally impressive, participating in over 450 state and federal cases, including those before the U.S. Supreme Court. In 2003, David achieved the largest law enforcement binding arbitration award in the nation. He is a key advisor to public and private labor unions on contract disputes and binding arbitration issues.
