Cindy Lloyd is an associate in the Labor & Employment Department of Mastagni Holstedt, APC. She represents first responders and public safety employees in administrative and disciplinary investigations, hearings, critical incident investigations, and criminal proceedings.
Ms. Lloyd earned her J.D. from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. Upon graduation, she worked for the Sacramento County District Attorney, the California Department of Public Health, and the Placer County Superior Court as a research attorney. At the Department of Public Health, she conducted numerous hearings pertaining to violations at hospitals and clinical laboratories.
Prior to law school, she earned her B.S. in Biological Sciences from California State University, Sacramento, and is also a licensed clinical laboratory scientist whose role it was to analyze and interpret test results for diagnosis and treatment of disease.
