Hired Attorney

I reached out to the firm regarding a potential business/employment matter and received prompt responses from Christopher Wohl and his office. That said, my experience felt very transactional early in the process. Before any meaningful consultation or strategic discussion could occur, I was asked to provide a fairly significant retainer. I understand firms need to protect their time and resources, but as a prospective client it was difficult to evaluate whether the firm was the right fit without even a brief substantive discussion first. I ultimately chose to move in another direction and was able to resolve the matter without litigation. While the communication was professional, I think there is room for improvement in the initial client experience and consultative process.
