The problem my wife and I are having is we made verbal agreement with our daughter to help us buy our house. Five years ago. In exchange for Youn-Soo using you credit to secure an FHA loan we would provide her with 3 to 5% down payment for her to buy her own house. The original agreement was for about one or two years. We have had to delay and extend this agreement due to are not qualifying for a loan. At this time we can now perfect a Reverse Mortgage and payoff Youn-Soo loan.{para}My daughter
