Barbara Jacobson seemed to ignore me when I offered valuable information about my communication style, experiences as an employee, and other things I thought might affect the way a judge would see me. She relied so much on her knowledge from prior work that her approach seemed cookie-cutterish. As a result, we fell into some pitfalls I warned her to look out for. It was like she didn't work any of my concerns into the strategy for my case. It seemed like she listened to me just enough to make placate me. Then she forgot most of what I told her. I think Ms. Jacobson might have been really good at her job, once, but now she's losing her touch. She said I had a good case, but we lost at each stage of the process and I still don't understand why. VERY disappointed.
