Ashley M. Boulton is a skilled litigator who represents clients across industries on a range of complex commercial litigation matters. Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, Ashley served as a law clerk to Hon. Consuelo M. Callahan at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She was also a partner at the Sacramento region’s largest law firm, where her practice focused on complex business, food and agriculture, environmental and appellate litigation.
