Given the information and evidence I had, he should have been more aggressive through the case proceedings. As a result, one of my sons had to endure abuse longer than what he should have experienced.

Dana's divorce documents were full of errors! I'm glad I wasn't the one paying him to do such a poor job. Prescott has got to be one of the most unorganized attorneys I've seen. I feel bad for anyone that pays this guy a retainer. He'll drain you dry!

Hired Attorney

I hired Attorney Prescott paying him his demanded $20,000 retainer. He refused to take my husband to court for contempt, refusing to give me court ordered spousal support for a year. He wanted me to accept $400 a week spousal support and sign off my marital rights of our multimillion dollar estate to my abusive husband. He had exparte meeting with my husband and his lawyer and a judge. He forced me to sign income tax return that I hadn't sign for my husband's benefits or he would not represent me. I would not recommend any woman to hire him. He works for men.
