Mr. O’Rourke has been a Partner and Director of the Firm since 1993. Mr. O'Rourke regularly represents both insured and self-insured Defendants in a wide variety of liability actions in a statewide practice. He has successfully tried numerous cases to jury verdict, and has over 40 years of litigation and trial experience in all Vermont State and Federal Courts'. O’Rourke’s primary practice area is defense litigation representing individuals and businesses in wrongful death, personal injury, employment, and professional responsibility litigation matters. Mr. O’Rourke has also successfully represented hundreds of clients in a wide variety of Federal and State Professional Responsibility, Civil Rights, Human Rights, and National Labor Board matters.
