This attorney is diligent, determined and excellent. Won my case for me and was very helpful when I simply did not know what to do. Very kind individual who went the extra mile for my family. Very fortunate to work with him. I would never choose another lawyer.

Jack is superb. He listened attentively to me and my wife and helped us win our lawsuit against the insurance company that refused to cover our injuries and my son’s terrible injuries from an uninsured driver. Mr. Welch thank you very very very much.

Hired Attorney John J. Welch Jr.

RUN in the opposite direction. The people that are committing crimes against my 93 yr old father are more trusting then this man. My attorney friends have recommended I report him to the law. Delayed critical issues x 7 months and did not do what he told us he would. REFUSED to meet my fathers requests for POA representation x 3 , completing critical timely issues and providing a bill while he was charging !! HOw do people get away with this ? I am a licensed NYS health care provider and I know they do not get aware if they are reported. This is a "long-time childhood friend" of my fathers. He lied to us about critical areas of my fathers care where he lives, he manipulated my father where my father had to stay the course and do it Mr Welsch's way or he told my Dad he would not represent him. I was a part of these conversations. WOrk on the street of Rutland is that he is a crook and I do agree based on the stories I was privy to and my experience with this man. SHame on him !!

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
