Hired Attorney

Dan was an absent guardian. He did not communicate well once he was hired. I don’t believe he was familiar with our case. As an administrator, pretty much the same or worse. He did little to no follow ups and acted so slow. Was not thorough nor attentive. Over my objection, he hired a poorly qualified real estate agent friend of his to sell my dad’s house. She ultimately under priced the listing and luckily received over asking offers and OVERCHARGED us. He is not transparent and on several occasions engaged in egging my family on and taking advantage of the situation. I found his behavior to be outright unacceptable, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. He has all the traits of an elder law attorney, YOU DON'T WANT! If anyone has doubts or is considering litigation or a criminal complaint, feel free to contact me. I can supply our correspondences. He's inattentive at best and incompetent at baseline. What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
