Hired Attorney

Mr. Marston is the only lawyer in Ruidoso that I would ever recommend and the opnly one that I have recommended to people. He is very effective and efficient. He is intelligent and hard working. He explained everything and was upfront about what costs would be needed and the amount of time for everything. He listened to what I was saying and answered all my questions.

Marston Law’s handling of my case was harmful. They failed to review my evidence, failed to submit key information that could have changed the outcome, failed to communicate with me about my case, and never interviewed the individuals involved. They withheld my own evidence from me, misled me about the work being done, and tried to push me into a deferred plea instead of defending me. Their actions were negligent and damaging, and no client should be treated this way.
