Hired Attorney

Jud Cooper initially did a last-minute review of a real estate contract just before I entered into it with a corporate buyer of my residence. While the buyer defaulted three times, he led me through the steps of 30-day default letters as I eventually reclaimed the property, then through a new third-party mortgage arrangement with the same buyer as an individual. During the 15 months it took to finally get my proceeds in full, he educated me in real estate law principles while effectively serving as my legal advocate for a fair fee. I highly recommend Jud.
