I interviewed several attorneys before retaining Mrs.Giske. I chose Mrs.Giske because she responded immediate and communicated well. I found her to be caring and attentive to my case. She created a nightmare for me. She encouraged me to file a motion that offended the Judge, missed important details that cost me thousands of dollars, and would show up unprepared for proceedings. Corrections to legal documents were not made even after multiple billable communications. I would email her questions and she would fail to respond, or haphazardly answer my question(s), and then bill me for 15 min of her time. She accidentally sent me confidential information from another client.
