He failed to meet basic standards of legal representation. I retained him for a federal employment case and experienced serious communication failures, undisclosed conflicts of interest, and conduct that undermined my legal position. He and the co-counsel involved third parties without consent, violated client agreements, and ultimately withdrew, leaving me to handle the case alone while dealing with increased emotional and physical health complications. I’ve filed formal grievances and am seeking legal accountability.
