Hired Attorney Peter C. Rageas

Working with Mr Rageas was a good experience. He is knowledgeable and win a case for us on behalf of a relative with dementia who was scammed out of a large amount of money resulting from a financial advisor failing to perform his duty as a fiduciary. Mr. Rageas is knowledgeable about the applicable laws, regulations and procedures. He is a good listener and sympathetic to the plaintiff. He was realistic and honest with us about what outcome we could expect. These cases are hard to win, but he was successful in recovering some money and stuck with the case to get a satisfactory outcome.

Hired Attorney Peter C. Rageas

We retained Mr. Rageas in the matter of an elderly relative who was the victim of an unfortunate scam resulting in the loss of a significant proportion of life savings, a loss that could have and should have been prevented had the investment adviser exercised due diligence. Mr. Rageas's management of the case resulted in a favorable judgement and recovery of some of the loss. Mr. Rageas was at all times professional. He is highly knowledgeable in this area of law, as well as investment advising & accounting best practices, and in the avenues and processes of potential redress. Importantly, he was pleasant and easy to work with.
