Took the money up front right away, but was not firm on what could have been done. He literally waited until the last second to take the first plea deal possible. With no prior convictions, and with all of the things he had me gather such as college education, character reference letters, etc. he promised a lower end of guideline, the prosecutor offered much more above the higher end of guideline, and he made it seem like the plea deal was a gift. Very disappointed.
