I was made promises of my credit score becoming higher than what it is. He sold me an idea that by the time I was done and filed I would have a 720. He sold me on the idea that they cost more because they do more. They made me feel like they had my back by retrieving the funds owed to me but failed to mention they would be keeping 33% for themselves. They keep you in the dark a lot about your own funds and then think they can cover it up with a nice smile. I would not refer them to anyone!
He makes promises that he can not follow through with. He says that certain things will be discharged in bankruptcy, but they are not. When asked about those items he lies and says he never said those would be discharged. He does not want to take the time to try to have the filing fees waived either. He's all about the money in his pocket.
Omg..they treated me like I was the most important person in the world. I was vulnerable with a unexpected divorce coming in my life. The attorney made me feel like she really understood my current situation. SHE SOLD ME!! Great job.. Only thing was she hid behind her paralegal. She stated if I made payments and at the end she would be able to knock the payment down. LIES!! They filed the wrong paperwork that just happen to work out. 2x THE GOING PRICE! !! I couldnt wait to warn others
Quick to take your money upfront but does not do the work he promises.
