I was referred to Mr. George through another attorney who said this he is the best attorney in town for OWI/DUI cases and trials. I had a case where I was pulled over by a Michigan State Police Trooper for speeding 15 MPH over the speed limit in Oakland County and then cited for Operating A Motor Vehicle While Under the Influence of Marijuana. I hired Mr. George who spent 4 hours with me on our first meeting to understand my case. After the Oakland County Prosecutor wanted to offer no deal Mr. George took it to trial after two days with a jury that ruled in my favor. I’m today allowed to continue smoking my medical marijuana for my back problems and sleep disorder. I just had a Oakland County DUI/OWI High BAC Refusal Case where I faced automatic license loss for 1 year because I refused the test. Got a warrant took a blood draw. High BAC .35 and was 2nd OWI enhancement. I am a Medical Doctor so I faced loss of medical license, Attorney George saved me that. Attorney Derrick George was a life saver also where he somehow worked something out with the city attorney and officer where the officer agreed to dismiss the SOS Hearing so he saved my license from being lost for 1 year. Then Attorney George went to court and got evidence thrown out by the prosecutor Judge allowed me to continue medical marijuana for my insomnia. Served 9 months write in probation and reduced the charge to reckless driving. Absolutely unbelievable job Derrick George did. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS ATTORNEY. Thank You.
