He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He took his time to explain all my options and came up with a plan that was workable for me. He wasn't concerned about whether or not I could pay, unlike a previous lawyer I sought advice from and wouldn't even look at any of my paperwork that I had spent a lot of time getting together and made me feel like I was wasting his time. I felt very comfortable with Mr. Gudeman.

Hired Attorney

When we went to court we were represented by a different lawyer who they did not properly prepare and did not have all the proper documents. They failed to file a response to release the stay on my auto and it was repossessed. After discharge,I had a tax return that had been released through a garnishment being lifted and at that time Gudeman took a third saying they did the work when in reality the money was sent to them 4 months after the discharge,and it was due to me sending in the release.
