I developed health problems stemming from unintended consequences of weight loss surgery. I tried to continue working for many years but I declined to the point of not being able to work. I tried on my own filing for disability and fighting appeals. The results were always the same, denied, denied, denied. For the most part the denials were a result of errors on my part with applications, appeals, and missing critical reply dates. I could no longer continue down that road, I was in financial despair. I called The Injury and Disability Law firm, turned my case over to them and right away I began to see things with my case start to move. I quickly learned a valuable lesson, dealing with an organization like Social Security and with such a complicated process, you need someone specialized in that field with experience. Mr. Worley and his Staff were certainly that for me. They are the wining solution and literally a Godsend! Thank you Mr. Worley and Mari! Terry Fabrigu

I was involved in a head-on car accident, at no fault of mine. I hired Jeremy Worley as I knew his reputation was excellent. The driver of the vehicle had poor insurance coverage, which resulted in my personal auto insurance becoming involved in my claim. Jeremy and his legal assistant, Isabel, worked diligently with the two auto insurance companies. Due to my bodily injuries, I had to have hip replacement surgery months after the accident, which unfortunately resulted in drop foot. The drop foot added a new dimension to my case. They both worked tirelessly with the numerous medical providers. Jeremy and Isabel were compassionate, professional, and diligent in settling my complicated case. Due to Jeremy’s expertise, we settled my case without going to Court. Jeremy and Isabel were prompt communicating with me by text, phone calls, and face-to-face meetings. I am honored to have been his client, and would highly recommend him. There’s not a better choice!!
