Absolutely the best!! I couldn't have picked a better attorney to represent me in this car accident case. Mr. Swank and his team took care of everything from gathering the information needed for the case to the virtual court arraignment. I was afraid because this was both criminal charges-misdemeanor and civil. I received a ticket that made no sense to me, but Mr. Swank explained everything and with me being a teacher he made sure that nothing would affect my license. He is very knowledgeable and patient. We won our case without going to trial and I received no points on my license. It came out better than expected and I couldn't have been more happy!! Bill did an excellent job for me. Not only is he a nice guy to work with (which is a nice bonus,) but he really did well on my case. There were multiple parties involved in my case, and he pushed them and pushed them in order to help me out. He always got back to me personally when I had a question, and made sure that all my questions were answered and that I understood what was going on, the pros and cons of my case, and his strategy. He (thankfully) continued pushing even when I grew tired and was willing to let it drop or settle. Thank God he did. Finally, he continued fighting for me with my insurance company even after his fee was paid in full.
