Hired Attorney Nicole Fairchild

Worst choice you can make. I thought he was a friend. He is a lawyer, and not a good one. It's time he retires.My wife was hit at an intersection, she had a green light, the person who hit her was issued a summons failed to yield right of way. Easy case, my wife was 0 ta fault, car that hit her was 100% at fault. He just took the $25k of insurance that was offered. Never sued the owner of the car, or the driver, or the company that had there wrap over the car. Took his percentage and that was it. My wife was seriously injured, and we lost our travel van. ALL he wanted was some money for filling out the paperwork. Never worried about my wifes injuries or how it changed our life. STAY AWAY, talks a good game but does nothing other than paper work with the the insurance company who was willing to pay the maximum coverage as thier client was 100% at fault, and my wife had serious injuries far beyond the coverage.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
