Clients beware, I had similar problems with attorney Baum. He never returned my phone calls, resulting in an unfavorable outcome of my lawsuit. After I paid him money he would not return my phone calls, then ask for more money without doing any work on my case. I suggest that potential client call the Georgia Bar Association before hiring this attorney or simply hire an attorney that would fight for their client.
He is a horrible lawyer . He really don't want for my husband & I he won't even talk to the DA . Met with my husband one time ! He's a jerk . Rude at times . If it's criminal look for a better lawyer . He won't give a refund knowing he hasn't done absolutely nothing but get a bond which he would eventually got one . He's the worst ! Please don't waste your money or time on him . My dog could do a better job
its been a year and David don't call back. I have to call him.When i call him he can not tell me anything so i called the Allstate and they was like your lawer did not call you.Allstate was like you need to call him.So i did and he not telling me a thing
Not a good lawyer, does not keep in contact with client, nor does he represent client well. Does not give refund or money back that has never been used. His knowledge of the subject is very poor, and he does not pay attention to details. When he needs funds to go to the next level he will blow your phone off the hook, but when the client needs information, it is weeks and sometimes a month before he gets back with you.
