Arlen R. Logren received his undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota in 1976. He graduated from the William Mitchell College of Law with his Juris Doctor in 1980. Arlen is licensed to practice in Minnesota State and Federal District Courts and the North Dakota Federal District Court. He is a member of the Hennepin County Bar Association, Minnesota State Bar Association, Minnesota Defense Lawyers Association and the Defense Research Institute.
Arlen practices in the areas of civil litigation involving jury trials, workers' compensation and arbitrations on behalf of defendants whether insured or self-insured. He prides himself in his ability to always know the nuts and bolts of his client's file, both substantively and procedurally at any given time. Arlen has handled multiple jury trials to successful defense verdict including matters involving motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall, products liability, wrongful death and dram shop. He has defended hundreds of workers' compensation matters in the Minnesota administrative courts. He has prosecuted appeals to the Workers' Compensation Court of Appeals, the Intermediate Court of Appeals and the Minnesota Supreme Court. He is familiar with and has handled insurance coverage disputes and he has represented asbestos products defendants for over 15 years in District Court litigation.
