I was very disappointed in the firm’s billing practices. The invoices did not match my experience or the services rendered. The firm refunded some of the money but failed to detail the reasons and simply blamed the bookkeeper. I believe that I was overbilled and asked for an explanation. Rather than address the problem, the firm just dropped part of the bill and told me that I was not a good fit. Be very careful with their billing and do not authorize credit card payments before you receive and review a detailed invoice.
Terrible experience, wasted months of my time. Overcharged me for the quality of service. Filed paperwork late. Didn’t do things how I wanted to do them . No optimism about my case at all. Had me sign away my 50% custody of my child. Blew off my 6 month check in court date. Had no cares in the world when I was leaving. 👎🏻
BEWARE: I used the services of Bob Shannon, and he completely overcharged me... Bob answered a few emails, he never produced any legal documents and charged me over $3500. Complete rip-off attorney, I fired him once I rec'd my first bills. Crook!
