Hired Attorney Daniel Michael Karalash

My daughter was related to a brave Special Forces Solder. Her Step-father, who was barely allowed to appear at her sentencing hearing, was a Vietnam War combat solder and Federal Police Officer. We moved our home from Modesto to Sacramento to show our support for Shaneen incredible character, and help her through a serious medical issue. Her cousin, Joe, in Sacramento law enforcement also stood up for Shaneen. Your lack of preparedness and support resulted in my daughter’s indictment in crimes unrelated in jury instructions. You could not win against a man with no law degree, a drum, and a cheat who would later be disbarred. This indictment resulted in the loss of a DMV job she held for 12 years. You destroyed her life.She would would have done much better with a hard working Public Defender. Allowing an attorney in Oregon to file the final worthless appeal with the Supreme Court, was your worst sin against a such a woman. Shame on you.
