If I could give zero stars, I would. I was referred to Raul by a mutual acquaintance to help with my wife’s immigration. I had already filed a petition with the USCIS and filled out the I-129F (K3 spouse visa) and he charged me $2,500 to type it up and mail it, but he assured me it was a quick process to get her here while awaiting her immigration status. He gave me a grossly inaccurate timeline (1-3 months) before I paid him. Once he got his money, he was often hard to, if not impossible to get ahold of, unless I went through our mutual acquaintance. He has continued to string me along for over 8 months now, often replying to my inquiries about my wife’s case by saying “any day now.” He took $2,500 to type a form and send it by mail on his word of an assured timeline, which never turned out to be accurate. I later found out via the state dept that the timeline for that visa processing was at 12.5 months. Raul operates on false promises and deceit.
