Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer.Deb Nelson is an experienced, well versed, tenacious, and fair lawyer. This was a very difficult time. She handled my case with real compassion and focused on me and my daughters well being. Debs knowledge of the law saves you time from spinning your wheels and she gives you facts to help focus on what matters. Beyond all above my future was protected with her by my side. She is no nonsense.
Deb is an extremely talented, experienced and thoughtful professional. She was always available to discuss issues and was consistently thinking two steps ahead of opposing counsel. She presented complex issues to the court in a streamlined fashion that works to her client’s advantage. She was very strategic in developing a settlement strategy that avoided the significant costs of litigation and preserved wealth while avoiding the uncertainties of court. She controls her client's destiny.
Deb is very eloquent, kind and understanding. She makes every effort to get things settled without going to court and is always available. Deb provides counsel and explanation at every step. In these situations, emotions often get in the way of the right and sensible "thing to do". Deb is extremely helpful in ensuring a balanced view that considers what: is: possible, best for the child, and most desired. A partner I would reccommend having by your side in tough situations.
Deborah was terrible with handling my divorce. She claims that she is interested in "preserving family and the bonds between parents and their children is extremely important" which is an utter fabrication. She is only interested in profit, not in keeping the family together. My divorce was dragged out for a long period of time due to her selfish motives and lack of competence.
