Hired Attorney

Mr Baldwin failed to file motions on time, costing me both money and a conviction. After retaining him, he failed to file for a change of venue, had no knowledge of procedures in my case, and failed to challenge an unconstitutional search of my vehicle. He was to represent me on 2 parts of what I was charged for, he failed to represent me on 1 charge completely and was incompetent in representing me on the other charge.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database.
