I had David Hall when he was first starting out working in Roseburg, OR. I had told him how the DENT officers had pulled me out of my cell and said "we know you have herion in you, were gonna get a warrant on your body and take you down to mercy to do a cat scan, until then were gonna put you in a dry cell. I responded with, "I dont think you can do that, I want an attorney" (which was not in my discovery). Then they continued to interrogate me and eventually got the drugs I had. Hall immediately said, "well thats illegal, well do a motion to dismiss all evidence". He came back to me later and said when the officers were asked about how the conversation went they said they couldn't remember but they threw me a deal for a downward. Hall advised me that if I didnt fight id regret it if I messed up the downward. Regrettably, I took the deal bcs I didnt know how good my attorney was. I highly recommend him.
