I have been battling with the VA regarding my disability rating for 23 yrs. I was tired and frustrated and at one point I was about to give up. I came across a fellow veteran, we talked for about an hour about our time in service, and how much we enjoyed the experience and camaraderie. We began to discuss benefits, I told him that I have been battling with the VA for two decades. His Jaw dropped and that's when I heard the name Janet Santeramo, from The Law office of Turley Redmond & Rosacso he gave me the number and said give them a call. Ms Santeramo is amazing! she listens to all of your concerns and encourages when it is easy to get discouraged. I tell you this when you talk to Ms Santeramo you feel well.... I felt like Aladdin. Ms Santeramo really cares about her clients, you can hear the concern and the compassion, and her strength when you speak to her! All that needs to said at this point.....if your a vet and you want RESULTS...call TR&R and ask for Ms Santeramo!

Take my advice go somewhere else.........nobody seems to care here......they are all about making money not about the clients. My husband had a very serious injury and was saw this firm online and called. First he was hung up on. Then he called back and was put on hold for 10 minutes. Then somebody else picked up and transferred him to paralegal. Finally we just gave up and he called someone else. This may have been the best thing to happen to him because when we were in the doctors office another client of this firm was talking how they get the run around and can't talk to anyone and how they lost his file. I sent him to my lawyer. I usually dont write these reviews but potential clients need to know what they are getting into
