This rating applies to the firm of Portolano Colella Cavallo (PCC), in which Manuela is a partner. The firm provided merger and post-acquisition services for a U.S. public company I previously served as General Counsel. Manuela was a primary service provider along with partner Francesco Portolano and several associates. Superb service, very responsive, excellent English, delightful personalities, effective negotiators, determined advocates. Highly recommended.
