Sam Gaston was born and raised in Cartersville, GA. He graduated from Cass High School in 2014 as the STAR Student for earning the highest SAT score (1440) in his graduating class of over 250 students. In 2018, Sam earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Shorter University in Rome, GA where he majored in Biblical Studies. Sam graduated law school in 2024, earning his J.D. from Samford University Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, AL. During law school, Sam served as Senior Research Editor for Cumberland's law review journal, the American Journal of Trial Advocacy (AJTA), a journal which also made Sam a published legal author with his article in the Spring 2024 Edition of AJTA (Vol. 47:2). Sam briefly worked in the Cherokee Circuit District Attorney's Office in Cartersville, GA before joining Cromartie Law as an Associate Attorney in August 2024.
Sam focuses his practice on personal injury matters including motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, and dog bite cases. Sam is a down-to-earth person who listens and cares for injury victims. He fights hard for his clients to get them the compensation they deserve. In his spare time, Sam enjoys spending time with his wife and young daughter, reading philosophy, and watching football.
