Real nice when you first meet him and seems to be really intent on helping but you never know what is going on. You have to repeatedly call him to get him to do something. We had to have a mediator come in and were supposed to try and settle things. Mr. Boyd said that we would keep trying for a few hours (costing me money not him) but they asked all of us one question, nobody agreed, and they told us we were done, that nothing could be settled. We were really surprised and aggravated.
This guy did not handle the case correctly and it’s completely unfair. Perfect example of what is wrong with our justice system .
