Hired Attorney

Property value less than $100,000. I consulted Vasser; later found by Arkansas law probate not required, individual can do paperwork. She hadn't informed me of this. Untruthfully valued the property, using insurance cost to rebuild a similar house at today's prices, about $165,000, saying it's "how it's done". Tried to charge exorbitant fee despite complaints about her ability/truthfulness. Slow responding to calls/email till complained, then overdid, causing me unneeded time charges. Many more.
