Took a year to complete our estate planning and Josh ghosted my parents. Took their money and, 1.5 years later, they have nothing to show for it. They deserve their money back.
DO NOT USE. He is currently under investigation for defrauding clients. Has repeatedly taken money from the elderly and not performed the services he was hired for. Piece of scum.
In Feb. 2019, We met with Josh Bryant for a consultation. In March 2019, we accepted a quote & paid an invoice of $1675.00 for "A standard estate plan, to include pour over wills, powers of attorney for financial and healthcare purposes, a living will, and a revocable living trust, as well as a standard irrevocable trust". We received a 25% discount for being a "fellow special needs family". It is currently July 19, 2020 and we have NO 2nd draft of our documents, after submitting the 1st draft revisions in September 2019. In June and July 2020 alone, Josh has been a no-show to 2 virtual meetings, he has stopped responding to our emails, only one of the numbers we have for him works but the voice mailbox is full, the websites he has given us are broken links, & he has blocked us from his Facebook pages. We have learned he pays for services from "BrandYourself", which is a reputation management company. He promotes himself as an "ethicist", but his practices are completely unethical.
