About Timothy R. Fadel

I didn’t become a lawyer to obtain titles, memberships, associations, or recognition from my peers. I am a lawyer and I practice law for one reason: to serve my client. This singular purpose has driven me to achieve a history of unparalleled success for my clients and is the reason I have maintained the same client base for over a decade.

I began my career as an attorney working side by side with three legal icons: my father, the legendary labor attorney, William I. Fadel; his partner, William D. Beyer, the former United States Attorney for the Northern District of Ohio; and William T. Wuliger, as famous a lawyer in life as he is in death. I began my career as a trial lawyer when I took a job as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in the Cuyahoga County, Ohio Prosecutor’s Office. As a prosecutor, I served as a first chair trial attorney in over fifty (50) felony trials and bore daily responsibilities for an criminal docket that often exceeded one hundred (100) active felony cases including some of Cuyahoga County’s most violent and notorious criminals. I was personally responsible for handling capital murder cases, criminal gang prosecutions, and criminal racketeering charges. I was also appointed to serve as a special prosecutor to investigate and prosecute public corruption cases in Lorain County, Ohio.

On January 1, 2010, I left my job as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney and rejoined my father’s practice as a partner in the law firm of Fadel & Beyer, LLC. My father retired from the firm shortly thereafter. Since his retirement, I have continued to honor the firm’s hallmarks of honest, dependable, aggressive, creative, and tough legal representation.

Today, my boutique legal practice is largely dedicated to representing the interests and protecting the legal rights of a select group of labor organizations. That representation ranges from providing day-to-day counseling and legal advice regarding regulatory and operational matters to litigating extraordinarily contentious cases that pose an existential threat to my clients’ interests. In addition to the firm’s institutional clients, I also accept a limited number of cases involving the representation of individual clients including closely held corporations, executives, and individuals involved in unique and intriguing legal disputes including complex or novel employment disputes, class action litigation, and individuals and families suffering from catastrophic injuries and disabilities.

All my clients receive my zealous advocacy and my complete dedication to their cause. Because I don’t accept every case, I am able to offer my clients uniquely personal representation; each of my clients are given my personal phone number and all will attest that I answer it day or night, workdays, weekends, and holidays. I am proud of the reputation and record I have built as an aggressive advocate for my clients and I invite you to contact me if you need help navigating through your legal dispute.
