She handled my custody case a few years ago and these reviews are generally accurate about what a terrible unprofessional job she did. My kids were definitely worse off as a result of her bungling. I would avoid the is woman at all costs.
Horrible lawyer and person. Made a bad divorce worse with harmful nonsense and extra costs. My children suffer because of this terrible woman. No ethics whatsoever. I have no clue how she is still practicing, but please stay away.
Based on my experience, I strongly encourage families to carefully document every communication, invoice, and interaction if they are assigned to work with this PC. If the court proposes appointing her, I recommend insisting on a different PC. Do not hesitate to file a complaint with the bar. In my opinion, her handling of my husband’s case was harmful to the co-parenting process and damaging beyond words to my step daughter. Pam is a danger to children. The only silver lining is that she is a very old woman with hopefully not many years left of being able to practice law.
Pam is as corrupt as it comes. Keep yourself and your children as far away from her and her “services” as possible. She charges for work that she does not do. Overcharges for what she does do. Sends false invoices. She appears to be WELL PAST retirement age and will side with whatever party has the deeper pockets to get her bills paid. If you have had a negative experience with her, file a complaint with the bar. The more individuals who file, the sooner she can be removed and no longer a danger to children and their families.
